Terms of Sale

Zav's Team sells Shop Desktop Standard for PKR 2,500, USD 12, or EUR 12 as a one-time purchase, with no subscription, a lifetime one-device license, and free updates while actively maintained. Taxes are excluded. Support requests are accepted 24/7. Refund requests must be made within 48 hours; after activation, refunds are limited to duplicate payment, incorrect unfulfilled product, or unresolved verified technical defect. Applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.

Privacy Policy

Zav's Team collects customer identity, email, optional phone, region, order and support records to process orders, provide manual license delivery, receipts, recovery, and support. Approximate country detection may be used for regional display; customers can correct their region. Data is stored using Cloudflare D1/R2 when configured. Refund Policy

See the 48-hour rule above. A completed refund revokes the license and download entitlement. Fraudulent payments or chargebacks may suspend access.

Shop Desktop EULA

The license permits one customer-controlled Windows device. Copying, redistribution, reverse engineering where enforceable, and bypassing licensing are prohibited.
